Major Gift Program

An effective development program should have a diversified fundraising base that includes giving from individuals, corporations, and foundations. However, the key to long term financial sustainability for nonprofits is support from individual donors, especially major donors.  

In creating a successful major gift program, planning is essential. Working in collaboration with the board and staff, Beth Tishler will design a program that includes:

• Assessment and evaluation of the current development program
• Development of an action plan to identify prospects, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors
• Implementation of strategies including creating an infrastructure for a major gift program
